ABOUT US

Radika is a creative culinary studio which revolves around the tastes of heritage gastronomy.

 

Our menus are based on wild, seasonal crops and majority of the ingredients are harvested from our own farm; located in Bitez, Bodrum.

 

Our mission is to promote and showcase the authentic tastes, recipes, and stories behind each dish, connecting people through the universal language of food.

We also sell our own culinary crafts and packaged delicacies.

ECE NAZ 

Radika is runned by Chef Ece Naz Bozkurt. 

​

She studied her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts.

Following and during her education at The Culinary Institute of America, she had gained professional experience at Michelin starred restaurants.

 

Working her way up from commis to chef in a matter of years, she had experienced the most prominent restaurants including The Restaurant at Meadowood and Jean-Georges Restaurant.

 

She had unique opportunities of working with some of the world’s leading chefs including; Thomas Keller, Sean Brock, Alexandre Couillon, Yoshi Takazawa, Eric Werner, Jock Zonfrillo, Manish Mehrotra, Jeremy Fox, Fabian von Hauske, Jeremiah Stone, Mark Lundgaard, Benjamin Suckle, Christopher Kostow and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

She co-founded a fine-catering company; Cook for Us, providing historical menus in New York, NY.

She also had the chance to collaborate with influential names including Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeong Kwan for special culinary projects.  â€‹

​

She is currently based in Istanbul; farming and providing heritage dining experiences at Radika.
